Step-by-Step Guide to Adding AIChatAssist Script to a Ghost Website

Log in to Ghost Admin
- Open your web browser and go to your Ghost admin panel (yourdomain.com/ghost).
- Enter your Ghost admin credentials to access the dashboard.

Access the Code Injection Settings
- Go to Settings: In the Ghost admin dashboard, click on the "Settings" icon located in the left-hand menu.
- Select Code Injection: Scroll down and select the "Code Injection" option from the settings menu.

Add the Script to the Code Injection
- Copy Script:Obtain the AIChatAssist script code from your dashboard or configuration panel.
- Paste Script in Site Header: Paste the script code into the "Site Header" section to ensure it loads on every page of your Ghost site.

Save Changes
- After pasting the script, click on "Save" to apply the changes to your Ghost website's template.

Verify Integration
- Preview Site: Visit your Ghost site in a new browser tab or window to confirm that the AIChatAssist script appears and operates as expected.

Troubleshooting
- Inspect Script Placement:
- Ensure the AIChatAssist script is correctly placed in the "Site Header" section in the Code Injection settings. Incorrect placement can prevent the script from executing.
- Check for Syntax Errors:
- Verify there are no syntax errors or typos in the script code. Use a code editor or IDE to review the script for any mistakes.
- Use Browser Developer Tools:
- Open your Ghost site in a browser and right-click anywhere on the page. Select "Inspect" or press Ctrl+Shift+I (Cmd+Option+I on Mac) to open the Developer Tools.
- Navigate to the "Console" tab and look for any error messages related to the AIChatAssist script. Address any errors or warnings displayed.
